BUSY BUSY!!

Well I have had a busy few weeks. I worked at Universal Studios on a Michael Buble music video called "Hollywood is Dead". It was actually really fun, hot, but a great time. All the tour buses kept coming by taking pictures of us and waving...lol. But it was the first time working professionally as actor at huge studio as well as acting in a Western get up. Then I went to work on the 3rd episode of "Secret Weapon" which is a new webseries featuring XFX products. But I get to play soldiers and shoot guns not exactly the hardest day of work...haha. \

Now its Labor day weekend and plan to do absolutely nothing til tuesday when I have to work again.....NO LABOR FOR ME THIS WEEKEND!!!

I love LA!

Well I just celebrated my 1yr wedding anniversary. It went great, we actually ended up right next to the American Idol Finale pre-party on Monday. But now that the celebration is over its back to work. I had an audition yesterday that I just walked out of. It was for a feature, indie of course and they said show up between 1-7. I got there at 3 and there was a 2hr wait with 70 some people ahead of me. Nothing was scheduled and it was a mess. I LEFT. Now i'm not better than anyone but if a team of people can't even organize an audition imagine the actual filming....HAH.

My point exactly. I've been hundreds of auditions and never have I been to a mess like that, except at open calls WHICH this was NOT..

But I just love everything about the process. It's stupidly tough and you get beat down from time to time, questioning yourself but you'd do the same if you were a stockbroker or farmer.

The opportunity out here is amazing. Just to be around the amounts of money offers chances to make money in the weirdest places, way more than Milwaukee, as much as I miss home. My eyes have been opened to a world and a side of life that you'd never imagine. What seems a dream on tv living in that small town is such a reality and one decision away for me.

To anyone who ever thought about making the move, I say go for it. You will test yourself in ways you never thought but you will see you dreams come true baby steps at a time. Slow or not they do progress and thats why you gotta LUV LA!!!

My awesome Mom's b-day

Hey hope everyone is having a good week thus far. This week has been interesting. I started playing baseball again for the LA Rush. Kinda sore but actually feel like a better ballplayer to be honest, weird. Also I booked another music video playing the boyfriend, AGAIN....lol. But hey the more boyfriends I play the better odds of people seeing me so I am very thankful for that.

Also today is my Mom's bday, she down plays it but I know she cares, we all do. I sent her out a card and we also sent her out some chocolate covered apples and strawberry's. SO a big happy birthday to my mother. LOVE YOU MOM!

The LA lifestlye

I just finished working a security gig yesterday at for 2000 women at a shopping event. Enough said? I know. Well the work wasn't very hard but pay was pretty lousy. LA is a funny place there is so much money floating around yet so many just looking for a nibble of something. It really makes you question alot of things in your life. The direction you want to take your life, etc etc. It's fun, scary, exhilarating, nerving.

Every day goes by with an uncertainy that no one can fully appreciate until you've lived here. Well I'm 1 more day away from making it to my goal :)

Ryan Seacrest

So I have really been considering getting more into hosting then I read today that ryan seacrest makes 45 MILLION ON IDOL AND 35 MILLION FOR E!. Not to mention all the producing of shows.

That being said, I am now officially on the market as a host, radio, tv, live events I am there!!. It actually makes kinda sense since half the sketches I've done I've basically played a seacrest character.

Well it's Hollywood, you never know what path life will take you. :)
